This ain't the same as advice from a lawyer or a tenancy union, because I sure am neither. Just an honest effort to give some advice to struggle-town residential tenants in Aus who are wondering how the fuck to go about negotiating with their gronk landlord, and how they can get to - and eventually get away from - a rent strike, or even better a successful negotiation of reduced rent, as unscathed as possible.

NOTE: Qld has proposed a month of rent relief. NSW introduced their laws today. Vic has yet to do so. So the moratorium isn't even in effect yet. Check your state's progress on laws regarding residential tenancies.
